Congratulations to our 2018 Energy Efficiency Grant Recipients!

This year, the GIPL Power Wise Energy Efficiency Matching Grants Committee awarded 23 grants, totaling $50,000, to congregations and schools across the state of Georgia. These grants will be used to implement much needed efficiency upgrades in order to decrease the energy footprint of these facilities. The implementation of these energy efficiency upgrades also provides monetary savings for these congregations and schools for years to come, allowing them to invest more of their money into their respective missions, rather than their energy bills.
We are so grateful for the work of these volunteers and are thrilled to help 23 communities of faith implement new sustainability measures in the coming year.
