Our Matching Grant Application is Now Online!

The Power Wise Energy Efficiency Matching Grant Program assists congregations in implementing high-impact energy conservation measures (ECMs) identified during GIPL Power Wise Energy Audits. The impact of this program has been great:

267 energy audits performed since 2005.

$750,000 in grant money awarded since 2007.

$1,500,000 used towards reducing energy costs.

Congregations can apply for up to $10,000, provided they can provide an equal amount to match the award. GIPL is proud to offer these matching grants to our congregations and faith-based schools.  Our funders feel that these dollars are used for the great purpose of reducing impact on Creation.

 In order to make the grant application process easier, GIPL has created a Matching Grant Application that can be filled out online. GIPL has also developed an online Final Progress Report form that all grant recipients must fill out one year after the grant award, indicating that the project has been completed and the matching funds have been provided.GIPL is excited about these new advances in technology for our Power Wise Energy Efficiency Matching Grant Program and hope that you will be also.
