Georgia Interfaith Power and Light (GIPL) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to mobilize people of faith toward environmental action. Born out of the Interfaith Power & Light movement, we see our response to global climate change, resource depletion, environmental injustice, and pollution as an extension of our faith.

Operations and Administration Manager 

This person will oversee the financial, administrative, and human resources infrastructure that supports the mission of GIPL, equipping Georgia's faith communities to advocate and act on climate change, environmental justice, and community resilience. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will manage financial strategy and compliance, supervise GIPL's accounting consultant, own our CRM and C4 database infrastructure, lead human resources functions, and support key organizational projects like a new staff handbook.
