WATER-WISE PROGRAM
Get on a more sustainable flow…
GIPL’s Water-Wise program is designed to help congregations understand their water usage in order to explore and implement water-efficiency upgrades. Water is one of the most precious resources we have. Likewise, conserving water resources is one of the most important things a faith community can do to combat the negative effects of climate change, resource depletion, drought, and habitat reduction.
Our Water-Wise audits are currently only available to faith communities within the Metro Atlanta/ I-285 perimeter.
Program Includes:
Professional Water Audit
Analysis of water data from the congregation’s entire campus
Customized water efficiency projects and implementation plan
Personal audit review and debrief with GIPL staff
Synagogues, mosques, churches, temples, religious schools, and other worship facilities are eligible to participate in this program! If you have any questions about enrolling in the Zero-Waste program, please contact Hannah at hannah@gipl.org.
The fee to enroll in the Water-Wise program ranges from $75-$125 and is based on a congregation’s membership.
