Use these forms to request GIPL communication support. Request are categorized into five types: Event, Website, Print/Design, Online Action, and News. When completing the forms, please include as much relevant information as possible. Use the "5 W’s" framework to provide context. Event Communication Request

Event requests support in-person, online, and hybrid activities hosted and/or sponsored by GIPL that require communication assistance to ensure success. Note: GIPL is currently unable to provide communication support for local Green Team events. Requests should be submitted at least 4-6 weeks before the event date.

News Communication Request

News requests cover submissions related to new programs, initiatives, celebrations, or successes from past or upcoming events. This category includes proposed press releases and content for inclusion in the monthly Green Team Guide or the GIPL E-Newsletter. Submit at least two weeks before the intended publication date.

Online Action Communication Request

Online Action requests pertain to digital campaigns that require user engagement, such as pledges, petitions, or grant applications. Note: Online Action requests may require cross-team collaboration and longer lead times due to technical and content considerations. Submit 4-6 weeks before the intended launch date to allow for approvals, design, and testing.

Website Update Request

Website requests involve updates or edits to the GIPL website (gipl.org) or bio.site (bio.site/georgiaipl) such as adding new pages, revising program information, or updating published event listings. Submit requests at least two weeks before the desired publish date.

Print/Digital Design Requests

Print/digital design requests pertain to professional print materials or digital designs that support programs and outreach initiatives. Examples include: Event flyers for coastal or South Georgia regions, case studies, one-pagers, and informational brochures. Submit Print/Digital Design requests at least four weeks in advance to ensure printed materials arrive on time. Two weeks in advance for digital designs.
