We will use a website to send text reminders about the election. Registrants will receive emails for account creation from GetThru, to text potential voters securely during the event. If you have textbanked before with GIPL or another organization, you may already have an account. Please make sure you know your login details to have smoother access to the texting platform.
The texts being sent will NOT SHOW your personal information, including your phone number. You may choose a nickname to send text messages from.
This is a nonpartisan event, and GIPL and our GOTV participants will not advocate for the election of any person or political party.
