Nadia is a Programs Associate at GIPL. In her role she supports on GIPL's Power-Wise, Solar-Wise, and Water-Wise programs. She supports congregations by facilitating and educating them on renewable energy alternatives, thereby reducing their energy burden. Her love for the environment and her call to action by her faith propel her to continue to make strides towards positive climate solutions.

Nadia has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences and a Masters in Public Health in Environmental Health, both from Georgia State University. She comes to GIPL from Environmental Community Action ( Eco-Action) and most recently from Georgia State's Geosciences department, where she served as the department specialist. She also has various experience in outreach and community engagement, working with a wide range of communities across Atlanta.

In her free time. Nadia likes to spend time with family and friends, play sports, volunteer at her local mosque, and try new matcha shops.
