Rosaleen Xiong is a third-year Master of Divinity candidate at the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to her work at GIPL, she worked as a summer intern at Climate Cabinet, where she conducted research on public power districts. At GIPL, she hopes to combine her technical skills with her interest in state and local climate action.
