Program Enrollment
Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL) helps faith communities and religious schools explore solar as a viable energy option to reduce operating costs and carbon emissions. Faith communities that install solar become models of energy independence for their neighborhoods and embody a commitment to being better stewards of Sacred Earth.
Our Solar-Wise program includes a professional solar assessment, personal assessment review and debriefing in consultation with GIPL staff, professional proposals from vetted solar installers, 1:1 consultations with GIPL staff and solar installers throughout the solar process, and assistance finding funding and grants for solar installations as well as consultations about solar financing.
Synagogues, mosques, churches, temples, religious schools, and other worship facilities are eligible to participate in this program! Fill out the application below to enroll in the program today and please contact GIPL's Program Director, Hannah Shultz at hannah@gipl.org, with questions.
