A Stop at Albany State University

Join GIPL at Albany State University as we explore energy burden and biomass energy in Southwest Georgia. Communities across this region face some of the highest energy bills in the state, spending a disproportionate share of household income on electricity and gas. We'll dig into what's driving those costs, how biomass energy fits into the local landscape, and what faith communities can do to advocate for equitable, clean energy solutions.
