Stop in Augusta

Following Dhuhr (Midday Prayer), join GIPL and the Islamic Society of Augusta in their gym from 2:30-4 p.m. for an environmental justice workshop discussing data centers, energy burden, and a proposed methane gas pipeline expansion to run through South Augusta. We’ll discuss why faith leaders are raising concerns, how these issues connect to the broader fight for energy justice in Georgia, and what you can do about it.
