Stephanie is the Development Manager for Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL). With nearly a decade in nonprofits, fundraising, and relationship management, Stephanie is passionate about leveraging her skills to support GIPL’s mission of inspiring and equipping faith communities to address climate change, environmental justice, and community resilience.
Before joining GIPL, she oversaw resource development as the Interim Executive Director for the Atlanta Masjid Community Foundation and advancement fundraising for Mohammed Schools of Atlanta. She brings experience in event fundraising, individual giving, and annual fund development, having worked at EarthShare of Georgia and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University, where she concentrated on nonprofit management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Philanthropic Studies at Indiana University’s Lilly School of Philanthropy, deepening her expertise in fundraising, love for humanity, and faith in altruism.
Stephanie is committed to volunteerism and continues engaging in community-based work when she's not working or studying. She lives with her husband of 13 years and two sons, Ali and Elijah, and is an active member of the Atlanta Track Club.
