Join GIPL, Georgia Clinicians for Climate Action, and Electrify Decatur on Aug. 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Decatur First United Methodist Church for a workshop about the connections between fossil fuels, air pollution, and greenhouse gases.
Participants will gain a foundational understanding of how pollution affects human health and contributes to climate change before exploring practical solutions that reduce emissions, improve indoor air quality, and lower energy costs through home and congregational electrification. Electrify Decatur will share resources and lessons from their community-led electrification program and invite participants to get involved. Register for free below!
