Oct. 28 Virtual Text Bank with GIPL

This year, two Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC) seats are up for election. While the PSC may not be on everyone’s radar, these elected officials directly determine how much you pay for power and where that power comes from, i.e., renewable or non-renewable sources.

Join Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL) on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 4-6 p.m. to help get out the vote. During this online gathering, GIPL staff will guide you and your Green Team as you connect with neighbors to share a nonpartisan reminder about the importance of exercising the right to vote.

Groups of two or more who commit to texting will be eligible to apply for a $500 -$1,000 grant. Learn more at gipl.org/vote/grant.
