Summer of Advocacy: Climate Vigil
Join Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL) and faith leaders from across Georgia in committing to pray and fast for our Common Home from sunrise on July 9 to sunrise on July 10. As people of faith, we’ll raise a collective call for courage and accountability from the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC) and stand in solidarity with frontline communities disproportionately impacted by environmental injustice. Learn more and sign up to join in person or online below.

Summer of Advocacy: PSC Power Hour(s)
Join us on Sunday, June 8, from 2 to 5 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Columbus for our PSC Power Hour(s)—part of GIPL’s ongoing Summer of Advocacy series! This in-person gathering hosted in partnership with Clean Energy Columbus will focus on raising awareness about Georgia’s Public Service Commission (PSC), the upcoming elections, and how we can take meaningful action together. Learn more and register below.

Summer of Advocacy Kickoff
Join us for our Green Team Roundtable on May 20 at noon as we kick off GIPL’s Summer of Advocacy—a seasonal campaign to mobilize faith communities across Georgia for bold, environmental action. During this virtual gathering, we’ll share what’s ahead for the summer, introduce opportunities to take action on climate and environmental justice—including advocacy around Georgia’s Public Service Commission—and offer tools to help your congregation engage meaningfully in your community. Come ready to learn, connect, and prepare for a summer of faithful action!
